2004's Final Note from a Madman and a Madwoman

NEW YEAR'S MADMAN

BUSH WANTS A MEDAL

By giving the Medal of Freedom to Paul Bremer and George Tenet, President Bush has glorified his decision to attack Iraq and put on a pedestal two men who failed the American people just as he did. He might as well give a Medal of Freedom to himself. Maybe this is what he meant to do.

-Monique Frugier

BUSH ENDORSED FORRESTER

According to President Bush, Doug Forrester's resume includes:

Well that's good enough for me.

-Noah Greenberg

Doug Forrester, Mr. "HEY...I'M OVER HERE"

Hey, when is Doug Forrester going to stop saying things like?

Stop the lip service, Doug.

When does the Governor Wanna-Be tell us how he plans to make New Jersey better?

-Noah Greenberg

FORRESTER, MONEY AND ILLEGAL STUFF

Doug Forrester and his wife, Andrea, each gave Bush $2,000, the maximum contribution for individuals. At the same time, they used a political action committee funded entirely with their own money to funnel another $2,000 to the president.

The Forresters' individual donations, combined with the money they gave to their PAC, Liberty and Prosperity, which also went to Bush, put them over the legal limit.

"If you give to another committee (PAC) with the knowledge that it's going to a specific candidate, then it will count toward your (personal) contribution."

-Larry Noble, executive director of the nonprofit Center for Responsive Politics and former general counsel to the Federal Election Commission

Perhaps you should know that, Mr. Forrester.

"If Republicans want to make an issue of wealthy Democratic Sen. Jon Corzine's money, they have to keep their own hands clean,"

-Stephen Salmore, a Fairleigh Dickinson University professor and Republican political consultant

Just like when Mr. Forrester ran against Sen. Bob Torricelli for the senator's seat (before Sen. Torricelli resigned in shame, we heard the same rhetoric then that we do now... all style and NO SUBSTANCE.

Its time for Doug Forrester to stop telling us who he isn't and start telling us who he is.

-Noah Greenberg

If anybody was still wondering, Bret Schundler, is still the GOP's poster boy for the Christian Coalition.

JOHN ROCKER?

So I'm watching ESPN2 on New Year's Day. They're showing the top sports controversies of the last 25 years. Guess what number 12 is. Go on, I dare you.

John Rocker, the former relief pitcher for the Atlanta Braves speaking his mind to Sports Illustrated in December 1999.

In case you don't know the story, let me fill you in:

John Rocker graduated with a 3.5 GPA from Presbyterian Day High in Macon, Ga., in 1993

Now, I don't know who John Rocker's choice for President, Governor or Senate was. I don't even know if John Rocker votes. But if you had to guess...

WHO DO YOU THINK JOHN ROCKER OF MACON, GA VOTED FOR?

WOW… What an endorsement that could have been.

-Noah Greenberg

BAD LUCK?

Now, I'm not going to blame President "G"(lobal) "W"(arming) Bush for the tsunami that hit 11 countries over the Christmas weekend, or the earthquake that caused it. Everything bad that happens to the world is not necessarily the fault of the Bush Administration and the Corporate Communists that they work for.

Maybe "G"(lobal) "W"(arming) Bush is just bad luck.

If President Bush is truly a messenger from GOD, maybe the messenger comes in the form of  the Angel of Death?

-Noah Greenberg

Today's Stupid Quote

"We (both) married above ourselves."

-President "G"(lobal) "W"(arming Bush on many occasions to various political opponents and captive audiences.

If a woman who killed her ex-boyfriend (Laura Bush), supposedly while operating a motor vehicle, suspecting she is pregnant by that 17-year-old ex- boyfriend who just broke up with her, while she is in a drunken, angry stupor, is "marrying above oneself," than what is "marrying below oneself?"

See Y'all Next Year
